Therapy for Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD Adults

You are not broken.

You’re just wired differently in a world that often refuses to understand what that really means.

If you’re Autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodiverse, you’ve likely spent much of your life navigating a world that wasn’t built for you. You might have been told to “try harder,” “be more flexible,” or “stop being so sensitive.” You may have internalized the belief that something is wrong with you. But the truth is: you’re not too much. You’ve just never been fully seen.

That’s where I come in.

I specialize in therapy for autistic adults and other neurodivergent folks who are ready for something different. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, sex-positive, and radically compassionate. I don’t believe in fixing you—I believe in understanding you. We’ll work together to unpack the pressures of masking, process the pain of past invalidation, and build new pathways toward self-acceptance and ease.

And if you're questioning your neurotype, I'm happy to offer Autism and ADHD assessment to help you get the clarity you deserve!

So, whether you're exploring a new diagnosis, struggling in your relationships, burned out from constant sensory overload, or just trying to figure out how to live in alignment with your true self—I’m here for it. My practice is designed for people who’ve always felt like outsiders and are ready to come home to themselves.

Even if therapy hasn’t helped in the past, it’s possible to feel understood.
Even if you’ve been dismissed or misunderstood, you can find support that finally fits.

Let me show you how...

I've seen 50 therapists and none of it helped!

If you’ve felt like therapy just didn’t get you, you’re not alone. Many therapists miss the mark when they don’t understand neurodiversity. It’s like speaking a different language—close, but not quite connecting. In neurodiversity-affirming therapy, we focus on understanding your brain, not changing it. You’re not too complicated, you’ve just needed someone fluent in your language.

A new diagnosis or self-discovery can shake up your whole world. It’s normal to feel overwhelmed, confused, even a bit lost. In our work together, we’ll gently unpack what this means for you, tap into your strengths, and create grounding strategies to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
